For those of you who don’t know who I am, my name is Andrew. I just transferred to the Marketing team from the Education Department. One of the many things that Education does here at SeaWorld is the tours. Before I transferred over here we had just begun a brand new tour called the Christmas Adventure Tour. Now you may be asking yourself, (as I was asking my supervisors) what exactly is a Christmas Adventure Tour? The answer is that this tour is the best way to experience Christmas at SeaWorld.
I have actually done this tour and it is a lot of fun. You get your very own tour guide for the evening to make sure you see everything and to get you some extra perks along the way. For the kids, seeing all the costume characters dressed up in their Christmas outfits is a blast in Fantasea. After meeting Shamu Claus and the his buddies, you get to meet and take a complimentary photo with the big man himself, Santa Claus, in our Christmas Market with special Texas themed Christmas decorations. Next, you get to enjoy a ride on our brand new holiday attraction, the SeaWorld Express train. And don’t worry about waiting in line, on the Christmas Adventure Tour you are a VIP. Don’t forget about the real winter wonderland that is the Penguin Encounter where our penguins are currently in the middle of their nesting and chick season!
As the sun starts to set you will get a chance to enjoy some awesome Christmas music at our Candy Cane Forest, all while sipping on some delicious hot chocolate. The end is my favorite part of it all: watching some of our Christmas shows from the best seats in the house! Like I said, there really isn’t a better way to do Christmas at SeaWorld.
